Conservative Approach to Risk
The partners and founder are amongst the largest investors. Each mortgage we invest in is reviewed thoroughly and approved by management. Mortgage investments are all first mortgages as well as short term. Our prudent approach to underwriting includes inspecting properties, interviewing borrowers, and keeping a conservative loan to value ratio. Employing these techniques and guidelines allows us to ensure we keep the risk as low as possible for our investors with very low volatility.
